摘要
介绍了利用船舶柴油机表面振动信号,不解体就可监测与诊断主要运动部件的磨损状态。阐明了船舶柴油机振动激励源的基本特征,对气门和气缸内部件在不同状态下表面振动信号的特征进行了分析讨论。结果表明,利用船舶柴油机表面振动信号判断气门是否漏气和活塞与气缸套的磨损状态是可行的。此外,并研制出相应的实用化监测与故障诊断系统。
This paper presents an ideal that wear condition of moving partsand components can be monitored and diagnosed by using surface vibration signals without disassembiing the marine engine. Based on the characteristics of vibration exciting sources, the authors analyse the vibration signals on engine surface under different conditions and reach the conclusion that it is feasible to diagnose the trouble of valve leakage and wear condition of piston and cylinder liner.A Practical monitoring and diagnosing system has been developed.
