摘要
介绍了自行设计的内燃机瞬时转达波动分析系统,通过测试内燃机一个循环内的转速波动,采用频谱分析法判断内燃机的工作状态,然后通过互相关分析进行故障定位。并给出了两个判断标准,在SY492Q4型汽油机上验证了所采取的诊断方法的正确性。
This paper introduces the instantaneous speed fluctuation analysis system designed by authors. This system measures the speed fluctuation inone cycle. uses spectral analysis to ascertain operation condition of the engineand through inter-correlation analysis to clear the fault locations. Two diagnosisstandards suggested have been confirmed by the corresponding experiments onSY492Q4 SI engine.
