摘要
进行了转速、压缩比和涡流水平对倒拖柴油机气缸盖壁局部瞬态传热影响的实验研究。根据一维导热模型,以实测得到的壁面瞬态温度和竖向位置的平均温度为边界条件,计算了单一参数变化时气一壁界面的局部传热率。对实验结果进行了分析,得出了多参数对倒拖柴油机气缸内局部瞬态传热规律影响的基本结论。
Experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of speed,compression ratio and swirl level on local intantaneous heat transfer in the headof a motored diesel engine. The local instantaneous heat transfer rate was thuscalculated using the one-dimensional heat conduction model with the measuredtemperature boundary conditions. The experimental results were analysed in detail and several useful conclusions were reached.
