微米长薄片状木纤维低密度人造板的开发及应用前景 被引量:5

摘要 提出利用木材微米加工技术研制密度在0.3-0.45g/cm3之间,物理力学性能达到日本JISA5908《轻质刨花板》标准的MLFB,填补了我国具有自主知识产权的低密度木质人造板的研发空白,为建筑装饰市场增添了新板种,同时为“三剩材”,“三次材”的利用开辟了新途径。MLFB集低密度、低成本、特别是其先进的木纤维加工机理带来的无化学污染、木本色、原料选配广等特点于一体,具有良好的开发和投资前景。 This paper focuses on a new wood-based panel, which is 0.3-0.45 g/cm^3 in density, and has good physical and mechanical properties according with the standard of JISA5908 Light Particleboard. MLFB has independence intellectual property, it is a new panel to architectural decoration market, and it is also a new way in utilization of "three residue" and "three inferior". MLFB is low density, low cost, without chemical contamination, wooden color, thus it has a future Market.
