Integration of Digital Library Portal and Library Automation System——A Case Study of Peking University Library

从多个方面分析图书馆自动化系统与数字图书馆门户融合的需求,探索融合的途径与技术。以北京大学图书馆为案例,介绍图书馆自动化系统与数字图书馆门户融合的实现方案及技术要点,从图书馆自动化系统与统一认证系统之间的关系、两个系统之间读者数据共享以及W ebCat页面修改等方面对该方案进行初步评价。

This paper analyzes the integration of digital library portal and library automation system in detail. It figures out the requirements of the integration and discusses the integration approach and technology. Then taking Peking University Library as an exemple, it indroduces the realization scheme and the salient features of the integration of library automation system and digital portal. According to the relationship between library automation system and single sign -on system, readers＇ data sharing between two system, and WebCat page modification, this paper initially evaluates the scheme.
