On Ridit Test Method and Its Application in Sports Research

对体育科研中抽象概念的强弱进行比较不是简单地可用等间隔尺度可以测度的,有必要根据数据的基本结构重新计算量表评级,从而作出更客观的评价。解决此类问题的统计方法是一种与分级或评分无关的非参数检验Ridit分析法。Ridit分析将累积概率分布的思想应用于本类问题的研究分析中,除能给出处理间有无强弱差异外,还能说明优劣的程度,这是一般的秩检验所做不到的。

In the process of comparing the strength and weakness of certain abstract concepts in sports research, we can not simply apply ordinal internal scale to analyze. Instead,scales should be recomputed and evaluated according to the basic structure of data,so that an objective assessment can be obtained. The very statistical method to solve such kind of problem is called Ridit analysis,which is irrelevant with grades and nonparametric. Ridit analysis applies the idea of cumulative probability distribution into the research of the issue under question, and can not only test the difference between strength and weakness in groups, but also show probability of the difference, which cannot be achieved by other means of test.
