摘要
根据MIS系统的关系模型自动构建SARS传播链,在传播链上分析流行病学各种特征、传染量、追踪传染源,为SARS的预防、监测、控制提供重要的理论依据。该方法在《SARS监测预警与控制决策系统》中得到具体应用,取得了很好的效果。
Base on the relation model of MIS system, a SARS propagation chain was established automatically. Multiple epidemiological characteristics, such as infection amount, tracking of infectious sources can be analyzed on the propagation chain. It provides an theoretically important tool for the protection, monitoring and control of SAR& This method was used in the SARSMIS,whieh effect was good.
