摘要
在一些设备的电路板测试工作中,需要多通道逻辑信号发生器输出测试向量。本文介绍一种多通道逻辑信号发生器的设计。该系统采用虚拟仪器思想,由通用微机和信号产生电路组成,信号产生电路则由89C51单片机和外围电路组成。利用微机完成命令的控制,测试向量的编辑和参数的设置,利用89C51单片机管理测试向量输出电路产生需要的逻辑图形。具有测试向量编辑方便、测试方法灵活的特点。
The multi_channel logic signal generator is used frequently in test for equipments. A design mothed is described in this paper. Make use of the idea of virtual instrument, the system is constructed by microcomputer signal generator. That send commands, edit the measure vectors and set parameters is done in microcomputer. Logic signal generater based on AT89C51, its main function is management of patterns of logic. The characteristic of the system is convenience for editing the measure vectors, flexible for test means.
