摘要
文中给出了一个利用SSH(Secure Shell)技术组建机群环境的新方案,并分析了PC机群的系统环境和网络并行软件PVM和MPI的主要功能,指出了各自的优缺点。分析设计了DAC并行算法,利用机群求解大规模线性方程组。数值结果表明算法收到较好的效果。PC机群能满足求解大规模、高精度问题的需要,推动数值计算进一步发展。
In the paper,a new project for forming the cluster environment by SSH(Secure Shell)technology, the primary functions of PC--cluster system environment and network parallel software: PVM and MPI are analyzed, and their ad vantages and disadvantages are pointed out. The DAC parallel computing algorithm is analyzed, designed and run in the PC cluster to solve the massive liner equations. The numerical tests show that the DAC method running in the cluster has high efficiency. PC cluster can meet the needs of solving large scale and high precision problem and promote the further development of numerical calculation.
