摘要
针对目前电力机车在运用中普遍存在轮轨磨耗严重的问题,结合装有HTCR径向转向架的DF8B内燃机车动力学计算、综合试验和运用考核的结果,建议将在内燃机车成功运用的径向转向架技术推广运用到电力机车上,实现该项引进技术的消化、吸收和再创新。并结合电力机车的结构特点,以SS3B机车为例对电力机车径向转向架的结构布置、机车总体变化以及经济效益进行了分析和说明。
To solve the common problem of wheel-rail wear of electric locomotives, it is proposed to apply the radial bogie technology with successful application on diesel locomotives to the electric locomotives, considering the dynamics calculation results, synthetic test results and operation results of DF8B diesel locomotive installed with HTCR radial bogie. The introduced technology is digested, absorbed and re-innovated. In the light of structural characteristics of the electric locomotive and taking SS3B locomotive as an example, the structural layout, overall changes and economic effects are analyzed and illustrated for the electric locomotive with radial bogie.
