摘要
为了缩短元素Fe和S合成FeS2的时间,直接采用FeS和S经热化学反应合成FeS2。将装有分析纯FeS和S粉末的石英真空管放入两温区扩散炉中,在FeS和S区域的温度分别为650℃和400℃的情况下,经130h的热化学反应,合成了淡黄色的多晶二硫化铁。经XRD分析,合成物为黄铁矿结构。实验表明,S在FeS中的扩散系数很小,为提高反应速度,FeS宜以膜层形式暴露于S蒸汽中。
n order to reduce the synthetic time of pyrite from elements iron and sulphur,polycrystalline iron disulfied have been synthesized with FeS and S by thermochemical reaction. Quartz ampoule with FeS and S powder put in furnace with two temperature regions. When FeS reacts with S for 130 hours and the temperatures of FeS region and S region are 650℃ and 400℃ respectively, yellowish FeS2 is formed.The synthetic is in pyrite phase by XRD analysis.Experimental results show that diffusion coefficient of sulphur in FeS is small.Therefore for increasing the reaction speed FeS must be in powder layer exposing in sulphur vapor.
