摘要
测试了盐田卤水、土壤和环境温度以及同期太阳辐照度等数据,计算了卤水与土壤间的导热,卤水对天空的辐射换热和卤水对环境的对流换热,并分析了它们对卤水蒸发速率的影响。结果表明,卤水与土壤间采取良好的隔热措施,抑制卤水对土壤的传热,可将卤水的蒸发速率提高近10%。同时进行了试验验证。
Heat transfer of evaporating brine in salt production is experimental analysed in this paper.The temperature of brine and soil,the solar radiation and air temperature are measured.The heat transfer,such as conduction from brine to soil,radiation from brine to sky and convection from brine to air,in the evaporating process are calculated.The results show that the mass of brine evaporation increases by 10% when insulation is put between brine and soil.
