摘要
本文分析了高压160 V液体钽电解电容器结构性能特点,并从钽芯结构、介质膜的形成与形貌、工作电解质的性能及高频电路对钽电容器的要求等方面分析了影响高压160 V液体钽电解电容器ESR的因素。提出了降低高压液体钽电解电容器ESR的方法。对生产实践有一定的指导意义。
The structure and performance of high-voltage (160 V) wet tantalum electrolytic capacitor is analyzed, and the factors that effect ESR of high-voltage wet tantalum electrolytic capacitor are discussed in terms of the structure of tantalum core, the forming and appearance of Ta2O5 film, the capability of working electrolyte and the requirement of high frequency circuit for tantalum capacitor, and etc. Some methods for decreasing ESR of high voltage wet tantalum capacitor are proposed, which is beneficial to production practice.
