摘要 该文采用加热石英玻璃管和无缝钢管模拟分离式热管的蒸发段,对合理的充液率、流动和传热特性进行了系统的试验和理论分析。作者着重分析了核态沸腾传热区及飞溅降膜区的换热原理,根据试验数据回归整理了相应的换热系数无量纲准则关系式,与试验数据吻合较好;同时将这两个关系式分别与大空间池沸腾传热及整体式热管蒸发段降膜传热区传热进行了比较,得出了极为有用的结论. Abstract By heating silica glass tubes and seamless steel tubes to simulate the evaporation part of dissociated heat pipe, a systematic experimental and theoretical study of its practical filling and flow condition, as well as its heat transfer characteristics was undertaken.This paper puts the emphasis on the analysis of the heat transfer mechanism in the nucleate boiling and the drop splashing film region, with a further presentation of corresponding empirical dimensionless correlation of the heat transfer coefficients, obtained by regression of experimental data.Good conformance with experimental results was found and very useful conclusions were drawn by comparison of these two correlating equations with the heat transfer in dropping film heat transfer regions of thermosyphon evaporator sections of integral heat pipes.
