摘要 在大同第二发电厂200MW机组670t/h超高压锅炉上应用声波除灰进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:声波清灰器应用于大型燃煤锅炉除灰,能降低烟道阻力和较大幅度地降低排烟温度,从而显著提高了锅炉热效率。而且声波清灰器的噪声也在允许的噪声强度范围内。 Abstract Experimental studies of sonic wave soot-cleaning were conducted on the 670t/h super-high pressure boiler of Datong Power Plant's 200 MW set. The testsshow that the flow resistance of the flue ducts as well as the exhaust gas temperature may be considerably reduced by using sonic waye soot-cleaners in coal firingboilers and thereby remarkably raise the boiler's thermal efficiency. Moreover,the noise generated by sonic wave soot cleaners are within allowable limits.
