摘要
该文介绍了汽水混合物在φ60mm×7mm矩型槽内螺纹管内流动时,当压力为19.6MPa、不同热负荷和重量流速下所进行的传热性能试验结果,得出在此压力下矩型槽内螺纹管传热恶化时临界合汽率的计算公式.试验研究表明:矩型槽内螺纹管可推迟传热恶化的发生。
Abstract The paper presents the heat transfer test results of steam-water mixtures,subjected to a pressure of 19.6 MPa, flowing under various heat load and massflow conditions in a Φ60mm×7mm pipe rifled with rectangular grooves. A formular is derived for calculating the critical steam entraining rate under this pressure,when the heat transfer aggravates in these tubes rifled with rectangular grooves.Test results show that tubes, rifled with rectangular grooves, may defer theincipience of heat transfer aggravation.
