摘要
黄台电厂6号锅炉汽温偏低的原因在于炉膛吸热量偏大,过热器吸热量不足。由于低温过热器在过热器系统中呈逆流传热模式,所以增加其换热面积可有效地增加过热器吸热量,提高锅炉汽温。汽温改造实践证明,该炉增加低温过热器受热面积327m2,提高汽温20℃,达到了预期的汽温改造目的。
Abstract The reason of Huangtai Power Plant's depressed steam temperature of boiler No 6 lies in the fact that too much heat is absorbed in the furnace and too little by the superheater. Because the low temperature superheater is designed in the counterflow mode, the superheater's heat absorption can be effectively raised,and with it the boiler's steam temperature, by increasing its heat transferring surface. Implementation results show that,by increasing the said boiler's superheater surface by 327 m2,the steam temperature could be increased by 20℃,wherewith the prescribed aim was attained.
