摘要
探讨了采用热天平研究煤粉燃烧特性时试样量对试验结果的影响,得到当试样层厚度δm与煤粉粒径dp比δm/dp≤1.3~1.5×10-4时,煤粉燃烧特性试验结果与试样量无关,即可认为试样层内氧浓度分布均匀及反应表面积有效利用率相同.提出了适合于采用热天平研究煤粉特性时的零维燃烧模型.
Abstract The influence of sample numbers on the combustion behavior of pulverized coal. when using thermal balances,was investigated with the conclusion, that test results of coal dust combustion behavior are not influenced by the samples.in csse if the ratio of sample layer thickness δm in cm to the coal particle diameter dp in μm,δm/dp 1.3~1.5×10-4, i.e. it can be deemed that the oxygen concentration is distributed evenly within the sample layer and the rate of effective utilization of the reacting surfaces remains constant. A zero-dimension combustion model suitable for studing pulverized coal characteristics with thermal balances is ploposed.
