摘要
分配集箱中的静压分布取决于集箱中的流动阻力使静压下降和支管分流使静压上升的综合作用结果。现有的计算方法一般是用一条抛物线简单地描述集箱静压分布,或将支管形式的分配集箱简化成在集箱上开一条均匀宽度的长槽。作者通过理论分析和实验结果,指出这些简化存在的问题,提出了与实际流动情况相一致的离散型数学模型。
Abstract The static pressure distribution in a distributing header depends on the composite interaction of the flow resistances,which cause static pressure to drop,and the ramifying effect of the branch pipes,which cause static pressure to rise.Existing calculation methods generally assume,that the pressure distribution in the header may simply be represented by a parabolic curve, or that branch pipe connections in the header be simply represented by a longitudinal slot of uniform breath. With the help of analytical studies and test results, the authors show that these simplifications are questionable and propose a mathematical discretization model which conforms with actual flow conditions
