摘要
为了解决太原第一热电厂300MW锅炉因磨煤机故障而引起的灭火和爆燃的问题,研制了自动投油的监控系统,运行效果良好。对解决国内大型机组存在的类似问题,提高锅炉运行的安全性提供了新的技术途径。重点论述了灭火及爆燃的原因和控制系统的设计思路。
Abstract A supervisory control system for automatic fuel oil feed initiation has been successfully developed to solve the flame extinction and deflagration problem caused by coal mill failures of a 300 MW set's boiler of the Taiyuan No. 1 Cogeneration Power Plant. Herewith a new technical track has been found for dealing with similar problems cropping up in other large domestic sets andtherewith raise their reliability. The paper primarily discusses the reasons of flame failures and deflagration as well as the design philosophy of the control system.
