摘要
通过对图书馆危机案例分析,阐述图书馆危机管理的必要性,并对图书馆馆藏结构的不合理以及发展的不协调导致读者满意度降低、网络信息产品的出版和服务对图书馆传统服务方式带来的危机、管理机制的不完善导致馆员频繁流动带来的人力资源危机、开放的阅读环境对读者个人人身安全及随身财产安全产生的危机以及馆舍建筑与配置存在的潜在危机等进行剖析,并提出相应的化解对策。
This paper elaborates the necessity of library crisis management by using the library crisis cases study. The author puts forward the countermeasures for library crisis management after analyzing the crisis such as the decrement of the reader satisfaction due to the irrational collection structure and its unbalanced development, library traditional service crisis caused by the publication and service of network information production, the human resources crisis brought by incomplete management mechanism, the safety crisis of the readers and their belongings due to the opening reading environment, as well as the latent crisis of library construction and disposition and so on.
