The Fusion and Conflicts of Basic Ideas between the General Bibliography of the Complete Library in Four Divisions and the Western Philosophy during the Same Period

针对考据观在《四库全书总目》中的重要地位,对我国近代理学观点进行评述。同时,通过《四库全书总目》中所体现的考据观与同时期西方哲理观念强烈对比,对同期西方哲理思想进行认同或批判,形成一个正确的认识。从而取其精华,弃其糟粕,以达到发扬“辨章学术、考镜源流”传统优秀思想,吸收西方先进经验,富国强民的目的。

According to the importance of textual criticism view in The General Bibliography of the Complete Library in Four Divisions, this paper makes an appraising narration on the modern sciences in China. By making the contrast of the textual criticism view with the western philosophy ideas in the same period, the authors show their standpoints to the philosophical thoughts so as to absorb the western advanced experience to build on the Chinese excellent culture tradition and achieve the development goal of the country.
