摘要
提出了一种基于PCL(Patran command language)语言的波浪压力自动加载方法。其基本思想是,将单元分为完全在水线以下以及横跨水线的两种类型,第一类单元在加载时直接施加单元压力,对于第二种类型的单元,考虑了部分受压的影响,将四边形单元转化为三角形单元,得到了单元节点力。并对加载的具体实施过程及相关的PCL函数进行了较为详细的说明。最后,利用该自动加载方法对滚装船进行了加载。结果表明,文中的自动加载方法将压力计算与压力施加有机地联系了起来,有效地解决了加载的效率的问题,不仅缩短了加载数据的时间,而且避免了数据录入错误的发生,为有关人员对结构物进行强度有限元分析时进行载荷施加提供了自动化的方法。
An automatic loading approach for wave pressures is presented based on Patran Command Language. The main idea of this approach is dividing the elements into two groups: one of which is under the waterline and the other is across the waterline.For the first group,the element pressure is applied directly.For the second group, the influence of pressure partially acted on the element is accounted for and the nodal force is derived by means of transforming the quadrilateral element into triangle element.The process of the automatic loading approach and the corresponding PCL function is clearly dissertated. Finally,the automatic loading approach is applied with the ro-ro vessel as an example.It shows that the automatic loading approach links the pressure calculation with the pressure application closely and solves the efficiency of the loading when the number of pressure data is extremely large in FEA.This approach not only decreases the time of loading but also avoids the possible mistake when data is input.It provides automatic means for engineers to apply the pressures when doing the structural strength analysis with FEM.
