摘要
在对胶结充填体成形过程的观察和充填顶板破坏的统计基础上,揭示了充填体的结构及破坏形式,进而分析研究下向进路结构及受力特征,提出下向进路采矿法进路结构矩形截面简支梁模型。采用弹性力学解析法,推导出进路顶板所受的最大弯应力表达式,提出了充填体质量的评价方法,并经实践证明是合理的,为生产现场提供了一个定量化的质量控制方法,同时也为进一步降低材料消耗,提高充填体质量,提供了主要的理论依据。
On the foundation of the forming process observation of cemented filling body and roof destruction statistics, revealing the structure of filling body and destruction form, then study the structure of downward drift and stress characteristic, proposing rectangular section simple beam model of drift structure in downward drift stoping. Using elasticity theory analysis law, infers the biggest bending stress expression of drift roof, proposing appraisal method of filling body quality, then after the practice proof is reasonable, providing a quantitative quality control method to the production site. At the same time, it also for further reduces the material consumption, enhanced filling body quality to provide the main theory basis.
