摘要
对变电站用高空作业平台受力情况进行了简化,通过角度的变化体现动态升降过程,用一参数表示了工作台面的伸缩。借助Excel计算叉杆的弯矩、应力,得出了受力最大的杆和最大受力状态。对叉杆强度做了校核,得出其主要受力部件满足强度要求,并且计算了可伸缩工作台面伸出时的情况,得到了作业平台可承载的最大载荷。为变电站用高空作业平台的使用提供依据,并且为高空作业平台特别是工作台面可伸缩的作业平台提供了一种叉杆强度计算参考方法。
The force on the aerial working platform is simplified. The rising and falling situation is represented by angle variation. The spread of working platform is represented by a parameter. The flexural moment and strength are calculated with Excel to determine the largest stress and its fork rod. The strength of fork rod is adjusted. The extension of the working platform is calculated to get the largest load it can support.
