摘要近些年喘息性疾病治疗主要包括4个方面:一是抗炎治疗(皮质激素);二是症状缓解治疗(支气管扩张剂);三是病原学治疗(抗病毒等抗生素药物);四是其他治疗方法。本刊将分3期介绍儿童喘息性疾病治疗药物的选择,本期主要介绍喘息性支气管炎的抗炎治疗。
