摘要
建立了芦丁-铝光度分析方法。优化实验条件,在NaAc-HAc缓冲介质中,线性范围0~0.6mg/L,方法灵敏度ε为1.7×104L/(mol?cm)。经铜试剂螯合、甲基异丁基酮萃取除去共存干扰离子,成功地用于几种海洋生物样品中铝的测定,RSD<6%,回收率在96%~109%之间。
A Spectrophotometric method has been developed for rutin-Aluminium. The optimal conditions were discussed.In NaAc-HAc buffer solution the method possessed a linear detection range of 0-0.6mg/L for aluminium.The maximum absorbance of complex was obtained at 410nm with molar absorptivity of 1.7×10^4L/(mol·cm).The interfering effect could be effectively eliminated by methyl isobutyl ketone extraction after chlating with DDTC.Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of aluminium in several kinds of seafoods with RSD less than 6% and recoveries between 96- 109%.
