加强党政干部官德建设的思考

官德建设是关系到国家道德建设成败的关键。由于官德是社会的主体道德,是统治集团所倡导的道德模式,能对全体公民的道德建设起到示范作用。官德不治,是不可能施行出“德”政的,反腐倡廉就必然成为一句空话。因此,在反腐倡廉的过程中,我们必须把官德建设纳入政权建设和执政党建设之中,切实提高为官者的道德素质。
