在现实环境之下,我国立法对意思表示已经基本形成了相对完善的法律规则体系,同时,在司法过程中也形成了一套相关解释规则,但是,网络环境下的意思表示与现实环境下的意思表示比较,出现的新特点,冲击着我国的相关法律规定,在适用法律的过程中也将引起新的思考．网络环境下意思表示的主体、内容、效力等方面有其基本的规则．

Our country already has founded a relatively perfect legislation and a set of judicial interpretation rule about the meaningexpression which is under the realistic environment. Comparing to the meaning expression under the realistic environment, the meaning expression in the network has showed some new characteristics which are impacting to the existing law systems and will cause to the new consideration about the law application. This paper expresses the rule of the meaning expression in the network environment from the subject and the content, also from the efficacy.
