摘要
近年来,国内外许多学者对Ⅱ型猪链球菌做了大量的研究工作,结果表明:已发现的Ⅱ型猪链球菌的致病因子包括荚膜多糖、溶菌酶释放蛋白、细胞外因子、蛋白质片段和IgG结合蛋白、溶血素等。随着现代分子生物学技术的发展,上述致病因子的致病机理及其基因的结构特点在分子水平上得到进一步阐释,现对这些成果做一综述。
In the recent years, a great deal of studies have been performed in the world, which have indicated that Virulence Factors of Streptococcus suis Scrotypc Ⅱ have been found and studied, including capsular polysaccharide, muram idase released protein (MRP), extracellular factor protein (EF), FBPS and Hemolysin. With the development of modern technology of molecular biology, the actions about these virulence factors have could be further explained in the molecular extent. Now, a summarization will be made on these progresses.
