塔河油田八区轻质油井沥青质沉积的防治 被引量:4

Prevention of Asphaltene Deposition in Light Oil Production Wells in District 8 of Tahe Oil Field

摘要 塔河油田八区轻质油井生产中多口油井发生严重的有机沉积物堵塞油管、油井停产事故。族组分分析结果表明,油管堵塞物主要成分为胶质沥青质以及蜡等有机物。研制了一种沥青质沉积清防荆,其组成为:10%多种表面活性荆(包括破乳剂)、8%多种有机处理剂、82%单环芳香烃及柴油等有机溶剂,商品牌号叫D-QF-1。该剂密度与原油相同,45℃下溶解油井沥青质沉积物的速率为1.18-2.92mg/mL·min,在加量为3.3mL/100g原油时。可使3口油井产出的原油35℃下沥青质沉积量减少25.0%、25.9%、55.4%。2005年在塔河八区8口油井实施清防沥青质沉积物堵塞作业。单井注入ND-QF-12.5~17m^3,平均9.3m^3,均取得成功,油井油压上升0-1.1MPa.日产液量上升2.2~38.2m^3/d。通过油井压力、产液量和含水量曲线变化,介绍了2口井施工和施工后增产效果。图4表4参1。 Lots of light oil production wells in District 8 of Tahe oil field suffer from severe asphaltene deposition (AD) and pipeline blockage, leading finally to discontinuation of oil output. Group components analyses show that the blockage forming deposites are mainly resin-asphaltenes and wax. An AD inhibitor/remover, composed of 10% various surfaetants (a demulsifier included), 8 % organic auxiliaries, and 82% organic solvents ( toluene, xylenes, and diesel oil), is developed and notated as BJD-QF-1. Having density similar to that of crude oil, this chemical inhibitor/remover dissolves deposites from three wells at 45℃ at a rate in range 1.18-2.92 mg/mL·min and decreases AD from crude oil of the three wells at 35℃(2 by 25.0 %, 25.9 %, and 55.4 %, respectively, at dosage 3.3 mL per 100 g crude oil. In asphaltene deposites removing/inbibiting treatments, performed in 8 wells in District 8 of Tahe in 2005, the volume of the chemical fluid injected per well was in range 2.5-17 m^3 and 9.3 m^3 in average and, as a result, the tube pressure was increased by 0-1.1 MPa and daily fluid output--by 2.2-38.2 m^3. The treating operation and the positive response of the treated wells are described in terms of tube pressure, oil output, and water cut curves.
