摘要 在参考各种绿色建筑评价指标和广泛调查的基础上,提出了绿色施工评价(GCA),确定了M和L两类评价指标和相应的评价标准,并通过层次分析法计算出各指标的权重,得出评价模型,在M和L指标得分的基础上对施工进行绿色定级。最后,本文利用GCA对一实际工程进行了模拟评价。 By referring to the indicators of existing green building assessment tools and comprehensive investigation, green construction assessment (GCA) is presented in this article in which two types of indicators (Management and Load) and corresponding assessment criteria are developed. Then the weighting of each indicator is awarded by AHP and assessment model is created. Based on the model, we can rate the construction according to the scores of M and L. In the end, GCA is applied to an actual project.
