The phenomena of concrete-flake-off is studied through chemistry analysis and test research to the building nearby the sea,and the reason of concrete-flake-off is found. The measures corresponding to the result are brought forward at last, which can be the reference to the same instance. The construction shows that the strengthened measures are suitable, which gained good economical and social benefits.
