摘要
结合工程地质特点、工期要求和油罐基础的受力和沉降特点等因素,基础采用了预应力高强混凝土管桩(PHC管桩)。通过三种途径确定了单桩承载力特征值,依此进行了油罐基础的布桩设计,并总结了储油罐桩基施工中应注意的主要问题。经试水期间沉降观测,油罐两个沉降差指标均满足规范要求,取得了良好的技术和经济效益。提供了较完整的设计、施工和观测资料,可供类似工程参考。
Aecording to engineering geology, time limit for the project, mechanics and settlement property of oil storage tank foundation and so on, prestressed high-strength concrete piles are applied in these foundations. Three kinds of calculation methodes are considered clue to characteristic value of single pile bearing capacity, that refers to design of pile collocation, and the main questions in construct foundations are summarized. By surveying the oil storage tank, the two settlement differences of oil storage tank can satisfy the codes. The design, construction and survey are introduced. It can be referred to similar engineerings.
