摘要
在逆作法施工中采用板式托换法,可利用拟建地下室的部分顶板和底板作为托换构件承担上部荷载,起到临时基础的作用,以施工地下室的竖向构件。技术要点是控制板下土体沉降量和稳定性以及板式托换基础工法的构件设计。工程实例表明,该方法可省去灌注桩和中间支撑柱的成本,降低工程造价。
Underpinned floor is a way that applies the proposed partial base and top slabs to bear the upper load as a temporary foundation. At the same time, the column of basement can be lengthened. The technology of underpinned floor, the method of controlling foundation settlement under the floor, and the design of base members are introduced. A pratical engineering is used to illustrate. The application of underpinned floor technology in top-down oonstruetion can cut down the expense on concrete pile and steel pillar.
