摘要
在考虑加载历史的情况下,采用数值方法分析板材一次拉弯成形,利用应变增量理论,由差分方程求算应力分布,推导出回弹后的应变中性层弯曲半径及弯曲角的计算公式,并对几种成形方式的回弹加以比较。
With taking the loading history into account, the one-shot stretch bending of sheet metal is analyzed by numerical calculation, and the increment strain theory is used to calculate the stress distribution by difference equation and to derive the formula for calculating the neutral strain layer bend radius and the bend angle after spring back. The spring backs of several forming methods are compared.
