摘要
以某铝合金旋压塑性成形工艺为应用研究对象,结合旋压成形工艺的关键技术,采用基于Msc.Marc的非线性有限元分析软件平台,对平板旋压和锥形件收口剪切旋压进行了模拟,模拟分析结果对产品旋压方案设计、模具设计、旋压工艺参数的制定有较好的实用价值。
Taking an Al alloy spinning plastic forming as a research object and combining the key technology of spinning forming, the plate spinning and cone part closing-in shear spinning are simulated by using non-linear finite element analysis software platform based on Msc. Marc. The results have practical value for working out the product spinning design, tooling design and spinning parameters.
