摘要
采用激光熔覆技术,在45钢表面对不同含量SiC(质量分数)陶瓷粉末镍基自熔性粉末进行激光熔覆,得到Ni基SiC合金涂层。对熔覆层横断面进行了显微硬度测量和显微组织分析,对各种SiC含量的熔覆层试样进行了摩擦磨损试验。结果表明,添加SiC的镍基合金涂层能够提高熔覆层的耐磨性和硬度。
To clad self-fused Ni-based ceramic powder of different SiC composite ( mass percentage) on the surface of 45 steel by laser cladding,Ni-based SiC coating can be formed. Measuring the hardness and analyzing the microstructure of eross section,testing the wear resistance of different composites of SiC were carried out. The results show that the wear resistanee and hardness of coating can be enhanced by Ni based alloy coating added with SiC.
