摘要
本文就“中国式管理”的研究对象和内容、研究的目的和意义、研究的基础——客观存在性、“中国式管理”的研究框架、鉴别标准、“中国式管理”的形成机制等六项基本命题作了简要的论述,提出了企业管理的三维分析框架模型、鉴别“中国式管理”的主流模式假设、传统假设、创新假设和长期效能假设等新观点。
Based on the academic disputes on" Chinese style management " in recent years, this article aims to make a brief argumentation on six basic propositions concerning " Chinese style management ", including the target, the content the purpose and the significance of studying, the foundation of research as the objective reality, the research frame, the distinguishing standard and the forming mechanism. In the article some new views have been proposed, including the three-dimensions model of business administration, major mode assumptions, traditional and innovational assumptions and long-term efficiency assumptions.
