本文通过全面回顾公司治理的相关文献,在对当今世界各国几种主要的公司治理结构模式进行比较分析的基础上,根据我国公司治理的具体环境和实际情况,明确提出完善我国国有企业公司治理结构应当吸收一批具有相当治理能力的大股东的参与,从而可以形成一种双赢的局面;对于民营企业而言,家族式治理仍然是现阶段公司治理的主导模式。
