组合磨矿对汤丹氧化铜矿浮选试验的影响 被引量:5

摘要 对东川汤丹氧化铜矿进行多元素分析和物相分析,得出该氧化铜矿的嵌布粒度细等特点,需采用组合磨矿提高精矿品位和回收率。单一磨矿和组合磨矿的开路试验表明,组合磨矿对选别指标的提高效果显著。采用组合磨矿的闭路试验得到最终精矿品位为20.14%,回收率为78.98%。 The paper was based on the multi-element analysis and analysis of copper phase of Tangdan oxidize copper ore in Dongchuan. The size distribution of this oxidize copper ore was very fine. Adopting the combined grinding process the concentrate grade and recovery of the copper ore were improved remarkably. The results of single grinding and combined grinding tests were showed that the effect of the combined grinding was better than that of single grinding. The concentrate grade was 20.14% with the recovery ot 78.98%.
