摘要
针对复杂产品学科分划困难以及多学科设计建模中存在的视图一致性问题,提出了以主模型为导向、多学科并行建模的技术路线。介绍了产品的多学科设计优化方法,论证了设计对象功能行为的不同表达是多学科视图模型形成的基础;讨论了多学科视图模型之间协调一致的保证体系。将该方法应用于汽车车身的多学科设计优化,真正实现了设计信息的共享和动态交互,有效改进了产品设计水平。
A design methodology was presented to resolve the difficult issues of muhidisciplinary decomposition and view consistency within multidisciplinary modeling. After the central model is defined, each discipline concurrently constructs their view models, This paper describes the multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO) method and demonstrates how the different representations for the functional behaviors of design objects are the foundation for the multidisciplinary model format. The model includes a mechanism to guarantee view consistency. The modeling method is then applied to a vehicle shape design project. Design information is easily shared and dynamically altered to rapidly design the shape.
