摘要
双镜式立体环形谐振腔是一个典型的非对称系统,为研究其像散特性,进行系统等效处理,得到4×4的系统光线变换矩阵,并利用分块矩阵的特征值性质求解得出系统像散,得到了在不同结构参数情况下的像散曲线。计算结果表明,该系统不是无像散系统,但在不同的结构参数下,像散值有大有小,且存在像散病态区域,因此可以通过合理选择结构参数来控制系统像散。这一结果也可为谐振腔的进一步研究与发展提供理论依据。
The two mirror nonplanar ring resonator is a typical nonsymmetrical system. The system astigmatism was studied using equivalence to define a 4 × 4 system matrix. The astigmatism was then obtained from the eigenvalues of the partitioned matrices, with astigmatism curves drawn for various system parameters. The results show that the system has astigmatism and that the astigmatism varies as a function of the system parameters, with ill-eonditioned zones. Therefore, the astigtnatism can be controlled by appropriately choosing the system parameters based on the resonator design.
