摘要
中国航天工业走过50年的发展历程，形成了自主研发、生产导弹武器、运载火箭、卫星、载人飞船等航天产品的能力和完整配套的研制、生产体系，创造了“两弹一星”等一个又一个的辉煌成就。特别是从1996年10月至今，长征火箭连续49次发射成功，神舟飞船又圆了中华民族千年的飞天梦，向全世界展示了中国航天产品的质量与可靠性水平。
From the point of view on the summary of 50 years practical experience in our space industry and the theory innovation of quality management, the paper elaborates quality management with Chinese space characteristics, that is ＂Zero Defect System Engineering Management＂ with seeking zero defect as idea and taking System Engineering Management as main features. The paper includes 3 special topics： 1） spiritual intension of space quality culture and construction policy and strategy of space quality culture. 2） construction of quality management systems of space enterprises and space product assurance capability. 3） effective quality management methods used for process control in space project development and production.
