摘要
从建设项目全寿命周期集成化管理的角度,分析了建筑节能集成管理系统的结构特点、系统集成层次和集成方法以及在此环境下的虚拟组织模式等核心问题,以期运用现代集成管理(CIMS)理念提高建筑节能水平,促进建筑业的可持续发展和节约型社会建设。
This paper examines the matter from life cycle integrated management angle and analyzes the core problem of the Building Energy Saving Integrated Management System( BES-IMS) ,such as the structure characteristic , integrated hierarchical and method, virtual organization environment and so on. The author expects we should imprnve the standard of the building energy saving, promote the sustainable development of the building industry and construct the saving society.
