国际建筑市场的发展变化对中国建筑业具有重要的导向作用。国际建筑市场的经验表明,影响国际建筑市场发展趋势的主要因素是业主的项目采购倾向、项目交易方式和项目融资。从这三个方面,研究国际建筑市场的发展趋势并对中外建筑市场进行了比较分析。
The development of international construction market （ICM） may provide a guideline to develop Chinese construction market. This paper studies the developing tendency of international construction market, and presents a comparison analyses between Chinese construction market and ICM based on project procurement tendency, project procurement route （ PPR）and financing model innovation that are the most important influence factors of ICM.
