Research on Contingency Reserves of Construction Project Cost

以系统的观点将项目成本风险的衡量按照工期进程分为若干阶段,并根据其核算的基本单位将项目成本以树状结构显示,以此形成项目成本风险预测的基本结构,通过Spreadsheets直观的实现了项目成本风险储备费的确定,以此预测项目预算成本包含的风险水平,这为项目成本风险管理提供了重要依据,最后以某项目作为算例验证了这种方法的可行性。

This article weights the cost risk in different stages of the project and displays the cost framework in tree according to the fundamental system of cost calculation by the systemic viewpoint. Based on the framework, this article provides a quantitative approach for performing contingency analysis for a construction project using basic spreadsheet techniques. The approach is applied to a practical case study and a sensitivity analysis of the results is carried out.
