本文运用面板数据分析方法对1995—2004年间中国31个省、自治区和直辖市的财政支出结构与经济增长的关系进行了实证分析,并运用动态面板数据的广义矩估计法(GMM/DPD)进行了稳定性检验。结果表明,地方财政支出对地区短期和长期的经济增长影响有密切的相关关系,其中,一些地方生产性支出对长期经济增长并不具有促进作用．

This paper assesses the effects of public expenditure structure on economic growth in a sample of 31 regions in the mainland of China between 1995 and 2004 by the method of Panel Data LS.It is demonstrated that public expenditure structure is related to the short-term and long-term local economic growth.Finally,this paper makes the robust tests of the conclusions using GMM/DPD.The result shows that some productive public ex- penditure has inconspicuous effects on local long-term economic growth.
