摘要 用加入增塑剂的方法增柔尼龙1010,但增塑剂增柔尼龙的同时会使体系粘度降低,在挤出时发生熔塌现象,给加工造成困难。因此,必须提高体系粘度。通过加入扩链剂与尼龙端基反应的方式增加尼龙的平均分子量以提高粘度。我们从多种双官能团和多官能团化合物中选出了一种扩链剂(称为助剂A),发现它有很好的扩链和增粘作用。力学性能测试表明,助剂A与ZnO并用对尼龙-对羟基苯甲酸甲酯和丙酯(以下分别简称甲酯和丙酯)体系性能有较好的改善作用。研制出的柔性尼龙1010有良好的加工性能和力学性能。 Flexibility of Nylon 1010 was improved with the method of adding plasticizer (p-OH -C6H4CO2R(R = C1-10 alkyl)). However, as its flexibility increased, the viscosity of the system was decreased at the same time. That posed difficulties to the extrusion processing of the material. Therefore, various kinds of chain extenders were sought so as to increase the nylon's average molecular weight and the system's viscosity. A distinguished agent (named as ' A ' ) was found to be an excellent chain extender. Agent A used together with ZnO at a proper ratio could improve the processability and mechanical property of the plasticized Nylon 1010.
