摘要
目的了解青岛市中小学校教师对儿童被动吸烟的知识、态度与行为,为制定干预策略提供依据。方法采用按地理位置整群抽样的方法,对青岛市9所小学和7所中学共1 100名教师进行问卷调查。结果95.0%的教师认为被动吸烟会对健康造成危害,98.7%的教师认为被动吸烟会对儿童的健康造成危害。与教师保护学生免受被动吸烟能力有关的因素为教师的教育程度和是否为班主任。结论青岛市广大中小学教师已认识到被动吸烟对儿童及成人的危害。
Objective To know the knowledge, attitude and behavior of teachers on children's passive smoking in primary and secondary school, and to provide evidence for the intervention measures. Methods 1100 teachers from nine primary schools and seven middle schools were chosen in Qingdao, according to the geographic area. Questionnaire survey was conducted among them. Results About 95.0% of the teachers thought smoking was harm to health and 98.7 % of them thought it harm to children. The influencing faetors were teachers' education level and being master of class or not. Conclusion Most teachers in Qingdao have cognition about harm of positive smoking to children.
